Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, returning your order is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days from the date of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components, and packaging, and it arrived exactly as the product did.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
  6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially confirmed within this period. *We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

Make sure the email includes the following: Order number

  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • Customer's full name
  • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will provide the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision: if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning a refund is not possible once the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Avon Melbourne, through a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal will be considered complete when we have received the goods. The return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Tracking of Shipments in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure a quick return process, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge a fee for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
